Bookish Fun: 5 Bookish Crafts for Your Weekend

Happy Friday, darlings! My computer just crashed this morning (RIP lil one) so while I get things quared away with a new one bear with me on the blog as I have to do all of this on my phone for a bit.

Blessed Bookworm's Bookish Fun for the Weekend: 5 Bookish Fall Crafts

This weekend I've got some fun ideas for some bookish crafts that I've been saving for months (okay, let's be honest: years) so I want to share them with you.

1. A Bookish Pumpkin

I fell in love with this craft a few years ago thanks to Pinterest. There are a bunch of tutorials to be found but this one from Kids Activities Blog is really simple and easy to follow. Check it out here!

2. A Farmhouse Lid Pumpki

So we've probably all seen the adorable canning lid pumpkins, but this one with a beautiful bookish tweak from the Pen & Paper Flowers Blog is an absolute favorite for me. I'll be making one this weekend for sure! Learn how to make this gorgeous craft here.

3. A Bookish Fall Garland

I'm basically obsessed with this garland and need it covering my house. It's fall, it's books, it's gotta happen! Go give Sondra Lyn at Home some love and learn how to make this garland for yourself.

4. Bookish Acorns

How adorable are these little acorn decorations?? This would definitely be a fun little project to do with my kids - it sure would be a sweet decoration to fill a big vase with them. Head over to Home Talk to learn how to whip these up.

5. Blackout Poetry

The possibilities are endless with blackout poetry. Fold them up and slip them into books in a library or a bookstore to be found by others, frame it on your own art wall, or tie them together twine to create an alternative headboard! It's simple and always gorgeous. Go make some today and stretch your creative wings!

Have a wonderful and crafty weekend!
