I know that every day isn't guaranteed to be great or even good. Some days downright suck. However, in my experience, every time I have an absolute "the bottom fell out" horrible day, the next morning I always feel a little better about my life and my problems are in a better perspective. When I start getting stressed I almost look forward to the new sense of optimistic clarity I receive on those mornings. I'm focused and motivated and I always figure out a solution to the problem.
It's a statistical certainty that we'll all have rough days. However, if we go into that bad and stressful day reminding ourselves that "It'll look better in the morning" then we can strengthen our resolve and survive the hardship. If you're having a no-good, very bad day - just remember that there are people in the universe who love and adore you, life is long, and it'll all look better tomorrow. You can do this. Take a deep breath, and have a lovely week.
